Please note that while these templates are to be used to primarily collect job data, there are other data elements required for each. Again, no changes are to be made to the templates. An e-mail notification will be sent and instructions will be posted by early next week on any additional specific data elements that need to be reported to OMB (in addition to job data). As well as how to report that information and the process for submitting the information.

In an effort to provide context for all ARRA reporting, we have provided the following information in its entirety. Please note that required reading and expected completion are the documents Appendix C, Appendix E (revised 9/8) and Appendix F (revised 9/8). At this time, we anticipate one additional document that will detail the process to use to submit the information to us as noted above. Target date for posting this document is September 16.
